Dr. Gamal is a President of the Egyptian Society for Neonatal &Preterm Care since 1998. He was the President of the Union of Mediterranean Neonatal Societies. Dr. Gamal has Supervised more than 80 MSc ,MD and PhD thesis in PEDIATRICS inside and outside Egypt.He is also the Member of the American Academy of Pediatrics
